        * C++ 에서 SingletonPattern 을 적용했는데.. 소멸자가 호출되지 않는것 같다.. 프로그램 종료시에 인스턴스를 강제로 삭제하였다. - 타이머 루틴에서 instance() 를 얻어왔는데. 타이머는 KillTimer 직후에 소멸되지 않는다.. 이로 인해.. 인스턴스가 삭제 된 후에 다시 생성되었었다...
